C. Three-body, the hinged covers and band carved in rock crystal and mounted within two gilt frames with geometrical engraving, small finial at the bottom, short pendant, loose ring. D. Gilt metal, following the shape of the case, engraved Roman chapters, decorated with engraved champlevé scrolling. Blued-steel 'tulip' hand.M. 25 x 25 mm, follows the shape of the case, gilt brass full plate, vase-shaped pillars, fusee and gut line for the going train, verge escapement, two-arm steel circular foliot, elongated pinned cock asymmetrically pierced and engraved, ratchet wheel and click set-up.Signed on the back plate.Dim. length 44 mm, width 29 mm.
