Unsigned, Geneva, circa 1850.Fine and amusing 18 ct. gold and enamel, diamond-set pendant form watch designed as a heart in a basket, with original fitted box.

C. Four-body, 'fermée' type, the upper part modelled as a heart in translucent dark blue enamel with diamond-set flowers and leaves, the lower, basket part with champlevé blue enamel resembling a woven basket, both covers identically decorated and spring-loaded, hinged heart-shaped cuvette. D. White enamel, Roman chapters, outer minute ring, set in a heart-shaped engraved gold mask.
