C. Outer, double body, Louis XV, pierced and chased with scrolls, the border of the back with four medaillons, chased with a dog, an eagle, a dolphin and a goose. Inner double body bassine, pierced and engraved with inhabited foliage, and the winged head of an angel. D. White enamel with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring. Gold Louis XV hands. GiIt brass dust cap. M. Hinged gilt brass full plate, with turned pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass three armed balance, flat balance spring, gilt brass English type cock and polished steel end-piece. Repeating on a bell by depressing the pendant. Signed on the dial, the dust cap and the back plate. In good condition. Diam. 45 mm.
