Double body outer, the bezel pierced and chased with scrolls and the symbols of the four seasons, the back chased with a fine scene depicting Orphée charming the wild animais, the border pierced and engraves with scrolled inhabited foliage and four medaillons, chased with symbolic representations of the four seasons. Inner double body, bassine, pierced and engraved with a mask and inhabited foliage. D. Gold champleve, with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring. Blued steel poker and beetle hands. M. GiIt brass full plate, with elaborated pillars, fusee with chain on the going train, verge escapement, plain steel three armed balance, flat balance spring, English gilt brass cock with ruby end-stone. Striking on a bell, the striking train with pierced and engraved gilt brass fixed barrel. Signed on the dial, the dial rim, the case and the back plate. In very good condition. Diam. 51 mm.
