C.Double body Directoire, polished, the bezels reeded on the edge. D. Small eccentric, hite enamel, with Arabic numerals (slightly restored). Blued steel serpent hands. Above the dial, in a semi-circular aperture, driven by the going train, gold automatons are passing in a merrygo- round, depicting a hunting scene, over a painted landscape. M. Hinged frosted and gilt full plate, with cylindrical pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass three armed balance, flat balance spring, gilt brass continental cock and polished steel end-piece. Signed on the dial and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 54 mm.
