Two-body, ?Louis XVI?, the back decorated with a charming painted on enamel scene of cupid playing with two doves before an altar of love in a landscape, aqua colored guilloche enamel border, outer border chased with stylized leaves and white enamel reserves, the bezel decorated to match. D. White enamel dial, radial Roman numerals, outer dot minute divisions and Arabic five minute numerals. Gold pierced hands. M. 31 mm., frosted gilt full plate, cylindrical pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring, continental balance cock, silver regulation dial, repeating on a bell activated by depressing the pendant.
