C. Three-body, ?Empire?, polished, reeded band. Hinged gilt metal cuvette. D. Gold with brushed chapter ring with radial Roman numerals, outer polished minute ring with dot divisions, the center engraved with a scene of country folk dancing in a wooded glade. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 52 mm., frosted gilt, standing barrel, cylinder escapement, gold three-arm balance, flat blued steel balance spring, polished steel endplate, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by depressing the pendant, sur plateau musical movement with 25 blued steel tuned blades and six smaller blued steel blades playing the high notes, activated at will by a button in the band. Dial and cuvette signed. Diam. 59 mm.
