Universal Genève, for A. Cairelli Roma, circa 1915. Very fine and rare, large, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch, with single button chronograph, register, tachometer and telemeter.

C. massive, polished, hinged back, mobile wire Iugs, single button for the chronograph at 6 o'clock on the lug. D. white enamel, with painted Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer tachometer and telemeter graduations. "Breguet" blued steel hands. M. 16"' gilt brass, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balancespring , the single button is for start-stop and return to zero of the chronograph. Dial and case signed. In very good condition. Diam. 39 mm.
