Mido Swiss, produced in circa 25 examples in the 1930's. Fine and rare, 18ct gold automobile radiator gentleman's wristwatch.

C. massive, polished, hinged back, wire lugs, top winder. D. grilled silver, with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals. "Lance" gold hands. M. 8"' rhodiumed, 15 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 3 positions, flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 35x25 mm. Mido produced a series of wrist and pocket watches representing various car makes and automobile clubs. They were produced in limited numbers. These watches were ordered mainly by the Automobile Club Associations, for their Members.
