Ernest Guinand, Locle, No. 3321, made for the Spanish market circa 1870. Fine and early 18 ct. gold hunting-cased, pocket chronometer, with one minute tourbillon regulator.

C. Five body massive,"quatre baguettes", the band and bezels chased with foliage, the covers engine-turned and engraved with floral foliage and a blank cartouche. Glazed gold cuvette. D. Silver engine-turned with applied gilt foliage decoration and Gothic Roman numerals. Giit Louis XV hands. M. 19? frosted and gilt, engraved bridge caliber in the form of initiais "E. G.", 9 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with index regulator. Previously unrecorded form of Ernest Guinand's polished steel carriage, driven by the minute wheel. Numbered under the dial. In very good condition; Diam. 53 mm.
