H. R. Ekegren, Genève, No. 78426, made for J. E. Caldwell & Co. Philadelfia, circa 1911. Fine and rare 18 ct. gold hunting-cased, five minute-repeating keyless watch with independent repeating train, in original rosewood fitted box.

C. Four body, massive, "demi-bassine", polished. Gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer Arabic minute ring and sunk subsidiary seconds. Gold Louis XV hands. M. 17"' , nickeled, double barrel with differential winding, 33 jewels, counterpoised adjustable straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs with the train release push-piece on the winding crown. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 44 mm.
