Anonymous, Swiss, made for the Indian Market, circa 1880. Impressive 18 ct. gold, enamel and diamond set hunting-cased, keyless watch,the case in the manner of J.Ferrero.

C. Four body massive, "bassine et filets" with rose diamond set bezels, the covers of green, blue and red translucent enamel inlaid with elaborate foliage patterns in large old cut diamonds. Gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Roman numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Gold "spade" hands. M. 20"' frosted and gilt brass, bar caliber, with epicyclic winding, 15 jewels, English lateral lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, flat balance spring. In very good condition. Diam. 50 mm.
