White enamel, Roman numerals, four subsidiary dials for days of the week, days of the month, months concentric with seconds, aperture for phases and age of the moon, signed above in red ?The Royal Astronomer?, the reverse with white enamel dial with seven subdials showing time in New York, St. Petersburg, Calcutta, Melbourne, Vienna, Berlin and Paris, signed Patent No. 6585, all with blued-steel ?spade? hands.
