Unsigned, Swiss, No 259, circa 1865.Very fine 18K gold, hunting cased, keyless, astronomical perpetual calendar watch with fly-back date hand and phases of the moon.
C. Four-body, "bassine et filets", initials ?BW? engraved on the front cover among harvest fruits, reeded band,gold hinged cuvette. D. White enamel, Roman chapters, outer minute ring, subsidiary dials for sunk secondsset at 8 o'clock, months at 4 o'clock, retrograde days of the month sector at the top with fly-back hand, aperture for the phases of the moon above, small aperture for the days of the week at 6 o'clock.
