C. Four-body, "bassine et filets", polished, gold hinged, engraved, and engine-turned cuvette. D. Small, centrally set, dark blue translucent enamel over ?sunburst? engine-turning, gold paillon Roman chapters, gold paillon dot outer minute ring, the center set with a diamond and paillon rosette, subsidiary seconds. Gold "Louis" hands, flanked by two gold Jacks striking on bells when repeating, the lower part with applied matching stylized foliate pattern. M. 46 mm ø, nickeled, damascened in a wae pattern, 18 jewels, straight-line counterpoised lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued-steel Breguet balance spring, lever-set, repeating on gongs through activating slide in the band.Diam. 57 mm.
