E. Gübelin, Lucerne, No. 120943. Produced in the 1940's.Very fine and rare, so-called "éventail" type, butterfly-shaped, 18K yellow and pink gold lady's wristwatch with concealed dial set with three rows of diamonds, rubies and sapphires, and an 18K yellow and pink gold heavy bracelet "à épis".
C. four-body, shaped, bicolored, polished, the main stepped body in pink gold in the shape of a butterfly, the cover in yellow gold set with stones. D. champagne with applied gold bâton and dot indexes. Yellow gold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. 8 ''', oval, rhodium-plated, ?fausses-côtes? decoration, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, 3 adjustments, self-compensating flat balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Dim. 33 x 45 mm.
