Notes

Girard-Perregaux produced its "Casquette" model in the latter part of the 1970s. It was available in three versions: 18K rolled gold, stainless steel and in the high-tech plastic Macrolon. For the present lot, when the right button is pressed once, the hour and minutes are displayed. Pressing it a second time displays the day of the week and the date and pressing it a third time shows the seconds. The left button is for setting the watch to time. The watch was in production until late 1978. The three types of module calibers used in these watches were 395, 396 and 397.
