?Minute Repeater? C. Barbezat - Baillod, Le Locle, Suisse, No. 49030. Made circa 1900. Fine, large, hunting-cased, keyless, minute-repeating, 18K yellow gold pocket watch with chronograph.
C. Four-body, "bassine", solid, polished, hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute and outermost chronograph divisions, sunk subsidiary seconds dial. Gilt "Louis XV" hands. M. Cal. 21"', frosted gilt, 32 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, visible chronograph works, repeating on gongs by activating slide on the band. Case signed and numbered. Diam. 57 mm.
