C. Four body, "bassine", polished, the back cover with engraved monogram. Gold hinged cuvette. D. White enamel with letter numerals spelling the name ?Charles L. Paar?, outer minute track with red painted ten minute numerals, subsidiary seconds. Black steel ?Spade? hands. M. 38 mm. (17???), nickel-plated, two-train with tandem winding, 35 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, repeating on gongs with independent train released by depressing the button on winding crown. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 49 mm.
