?Medical Chronograph? Longines, No. 4604605. Made circa 1910. Fine, keyless, 18K yellow gold chronograph watch with instantaneous 30-minute register and pulsometer graduation.
C. Four-body, "demi-bassine", solid, polished, gold hinged cuvette inscribed ?Chronographe Compteur, Longines?. D. White enamel with Arabic numerals, outer minute and chronograph divisions, outermost graduation to 30 pulsations, subsidiary sunk seconds and 30-minute register. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. M. Cal.19.73N, gilt, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance with screws, Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 52 mm.
