Le Roy & Son, London, (French) circa 1890. Very rare and fine keyless watch with thermometer and barometer.

Three body massive "bassine et filets" polished case, the revolving bezel with inner silvered scale. Glazed gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer barometer ring, subsidiary seconds and triple thermometer sector for Reaumur, Centigrade and Fahrenheit degrees. Blued steel "spade" hands. Fine nickel plated 19"' movement with a gold train of wheels, "fausses côtes" decoration, 20 jewels, equilibrated straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. The barometer mechanism set around the movement, operating the hand by means of a lever and a rack. Bimetallic thermometer set beneath the dial on the front plate. Signed on the dial. In very good condition. Diam. 56 mm.
