Black marble and bronze "mystery" pendulum clock. Bombé base with applied husk decorations and winged lion's-paw feet. Bronze figure of a basket of bread at her feet. Black marble dial with applied gild Roman hour numerals. Brass spade hands. Brass movement with circular plates, goingbarrels and "rotating" escapement, the pendulum with spherical blue lacquered bob set with gilt stars. Locking plate half-hour striking on a bell. In good condition. Dim. 59 x 28 x 17 cm.
