Fine 18 ct. pink gold hunting cased keyless watch with a split second chronograph and 30 minute instantaneous recorder, made for Auguste Busch as presentation pieces. Four body massive "pomme et gouge" polished case, Ms Busch's emblem engraved on the cover, a monogram on the back. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer red Arabic minute and chronograph rings, subsidiary seconds and minute register (slightly restored). Gold Louis XV hands. Nickel plated 181" damask three quarter plate movement, 18 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with a micrometric index. The chronograph with a visible work, the push pieces on the band. Signed on the dial and the movement. In good condition. Diam. 53 mm. Auguste Busch, Saint Louis Missouri was the owner of the famous brewery Anheuser-Busch producing beers such as Budweiser, Miller and Bud-Lite.
