01. Delachaux, circa 1820. Fine and unusually large 18 ct. pink gold skeletonised quarter-repeating watch.

C. Three body, massive, "demi bassine" and engine-turned. Glazed and sprung cuvette. D. White enamel, chapter-ring with Breguet numerals, (faint hair cracks), glazed centre. Polished gold "cerfs-volants" hands (minute repaired). M. GiIt brass with skeletonised front plate, going barrel, 7 jewels, ruby cylinder escapement, gold alloy 3-arm balance, polished skeleton cock and end stone. Highly polished repeat work and bridges, striking on gongs by depressing the pendant. In good condition. Diam. 65mm.
