Moulinié ainé à Genève. Made circa 1830, for the Russian market. Very fine, multicolored gold and painted-on-enamel pocket watch set with rubies.

C. Two-body, "bassine", hinged, profusely decorated with applied multicolored gold floral and foliate motifs, some set with rubies, case back with central painted-on-enamel flower bouquet. D. Off-center, gold, set in the lower part, painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, center and upper dial plate painted with floral and foliate pattern. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. M. 12???, gilt, 4 rubies, 4-wheel train, cylinder escapement, 3-arm steel balance, flat balance spring, steel escape wheel. Movement signed. Diam. 38 mm.
