Gilt brass, "corniche", fluted pillars, each side decorated with a painted on enamel figure of a child amongst engraved foliage, the back door decorated with a painted on enamel spray of flowers, the top glazed to view the escapement, hinged carrying handle. D. White enamel with radial gothic Roman numerals, outer minute track, the gilt dial mask decorated with painted on enamel flowers. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. Frosted silvered brass, rectangular plates, four pillars, barrel for the going train, lateral lever escapement on a frosted silvered platform, bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel balance spring, index regulator. Dim. Height 5.5 cm., width 3.4 cm.
