C. Square, veneered with burr wood, five gilt brass square feet. D. Square, flinqué, gilt with Arabic chapter ring, red painted ground with outer minute divisions, the center with stylized leaves. Blued steel "alpha" hands. M. 91 mm., brass, electromagnetic pendulum, battery contacts, hand setting from the back. Dial and movement signed. Dim. 11 x 10.3 x 6.3 cm. Property of a French Gentleman
