C. Circular, gilt brass in swivel frame, supported by the figure of a lady in classical dress, rectangular white-veined black marble base, brass feet. D. Circular, overlaid with translucent blue enamel over a sun-ray engine-turned ground, applied gilt brass dot markers and Roman quarter-hour numerals. Gilt brass "arrow" hands. M. 15 jewels, lever escapement, rear winding and hand setting. Dial signed. Dim. 19 cm high. Property of a French Gentleman
