"Le Normandie" Léon Hatot, (ATO). Made circa 1935. Very fine and rare, Art Deco, frosted opalescent pressed glass desk clock.
C. Pressed opalescent frosted glass, the base representing waves, front view of a masted ship above with sun-ray background. D. Integral to the case, frosted and translucent opalescent glass chapter ring with radial Arabic numerals and dot minute markers. Blued steel "épée" hands. M. 45 mm., nickel, 4 jewels, lateral lever escapement, monometallic balance, flat balance spring, index regulator. Case signed. Dim. 14.5 x 13 cm. Property of a French Gentleman
