?Bardon System Electric Clock? L. Bardon, French, No. 289. Made circa 1930. Fine and very rare, mahogany lancet-top electric clock with Bardon?s patent electromagnetic movement.

Blued steel ?spade? hands. M. 8 x 8 cm., brass plates, mounted on a cast non-ferrous frame, the battery terminals above, Brocot-type spring suspension with regulating device on the dial, massive gilt brass pendulum bob with horseshoe magnet, central rating nut, electrical coil below to provide impulse to the pendulum.
