Outer: Two body, ?bassine?, the bezels matted and chased with continuous leaf decoration, the back set with a painted on enamel portrait of a lady with roses in her hair, rose-cut diamond-set border and pierced surround over a royal blue translucent enamel over engine-turned ground. Inner: two-body, ?bassine? polished. D. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track with five-minute Arabic numerals. Diamondset pierced hands. M. 31 mm, hinged, gilt brass full plate with hexagonal baluster pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring, single-footed cock, faceted red endstone, silver regulation disc.
