C. Three-body, ?Empire?, master mark JM, polished with ribbed band. D. Enamel, small eccentric with dauphine numerals, outer minute divisions and Arabic quarter hour numerals, inner date ring numbered from 1-31, the upper half decorated with a fine painted scene of a lion and a stork in a landscape, glazed aperture above the dial with the serpent revolving around a small painted scene featuring Adam and Eve beneath the apple tree in the Garden of Eden. Engraved and pierced fancy gold hands. M. Hinged gilt bras, full plate, cylindrical pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring, gilt brass continental balance cock with polished steel end-piece, large index regulator. Diam. 59 mm.
