Very fine and rare, double-ellipse shaped, skeletonized, water resistant, 18K white gold gentleman's double faced wristwatch with one-minute tourbillon regulator, 42 hours power reserve sector, date, and an 18K white gold Daniel Roth buckle.

C. Three body, solid, polished, case band decorated with a roll torus, rounded bezel, transparent case back, straight lugs, sapphire crystals. D. Skeletonized, on the front an off-center silver ring with painted dot markers. On the back, an off-center silver ring for the date with painted Arabic numerals, power reserve sector marked by 2 silver cartouches, painted with the words "bas" (low) and "haut" (high). Blued steel "flèche" hands. M. Cal. DR 307, rhodium-plated, skeletonized and handengraved, 19 jewels, lateral lever escapement with one-minute tourbillon regulator and 3-arm polished steel carriage, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring. Movement signed. Dim. 35 x 41mm. Thickness 11 mm.
