Wittnauer Automatic, called "Permadate", case No. W 2000. Produced in the 1970's.Unusual center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, tonneau-shaped, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with day and date and a permanent calendar (days of the week and of the month).

C. two-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back, graduated bezel and hooded lugs, the pusher at 2 is for quick date change, the crown at 4 is for adjusting the sector apertures. D. blue, with tritium and steel dot indexes, aperture for the day and date, at 12, a numerical plate with the days of the months in white painted Arabic numerals, above, red and white sector aperture for the days of the week, at 6, sector aperture for the years, above, a plate with the months in painted white Aabic numerals. "Bâton" tritium-coated steel hands. M. Cal. W 102, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 42 x 45 mm.
