C. two-body, solid, polished and brushed, case back with screws, wide bezel, hooded lugs. D. white with applied yellow gold indexes, auxiliary dials for the seconds, the 12 hours and 30 minutes registers, aperture for the date and the moon phases. "Bâton" tritium-coated yellow gold hands.
