Notes

This watch may be considered the prototype of the "Magique", Cal. 1356/7 launched in 1981.Only 7 examples were made to celebrate the magic number 7. They were presented simultaneously in 7 major cities worldwide at 7 gala banquets prepared by 7 great chefs, and were commemorated by a special edition of 7 lithographies signed by 7 great contemporary artists.Of these 7 pieces, the whereabouts of the following are known: one in the Musée International d'horlogerie in La Chaux-de-Fonds; one in the Musée des Monts in Le Locle; one in the Omega Museum in Bienne; one (with a cracked glass) in Omega's Museum reserve; the present watch. The "Dinosaure" model with a thickness of 1.48 mm. was produced in a total of 370 examples.A similar watch is published in "Omega Saga", by Marco Richon, p. 281.
