C. Outer: two-body, tortoise covered. Inner: two-body, polished back, bezels engraved with repeated pattern.D. Gilt copper with white enamel hour chapter with early, original Arabic numerals, outer white enamel cartouches for five-minute markers also in early original Arabic numerals, translucent green enamel semicircles between the markers, center chased and engraved with rose flowers with leaves in green enamel. Brass "Louis XV" hands. M. 52 mm, hinged, gilt full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement plain brass balance with flat balance-spring, continental cock, rack andpinion regulator with silver plate engraved in original Arabic numerals, adjustable escape wheel potence.Signed on dial and movement.Diam. 68 mm. inner, 80 mm. outer.
