Finely painted on enamel with an elegant young man, his hat in his hands, paying his respects to the statue of Jean-Jacques Rousseau, in the background a city with a river, below two white subsidiary dials, one with Roman numerals, the other with Arabic numerals, brass hands, at the top right small white dial for the date. M. 45 mm, hinged, gilt full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement plain brass balance with flat balance-spring, continentl cock.Signed on dial and movement.Diam. 57 mm.
