C. Outer: two-body, the bezels pierced and engraved with inhabited foliage, each with four vignettes of masks and landscapes, polished center. Inner: two-body, "bassine" form, the band pierced and engraved with inhabited foliage and two vignettes of rural landscapes. D. Gold champlevé with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring. Blued steel "poker and beetle" hands. M. Hinged gilt brass full plate double-train with turned baluster pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain three-armsteel balance, flat balance-spring. Gilt brass English cock pierced and engraved with a mask and inhabited foliage. Striking train with fixed gilt brass pierced and engraved barrel with revolving arbor, striking on a bell.Signed on the dial and back plate.Diam. 56 mm.
