Longines, No. 4105876. Made circa 1910. Fine, keyless, 18K pink gold chronograph pocket watch with instantaneous 30- minute register. Accompanied by a fitted box.

C. Four-body, "demi-bassine", solid, polished, hinged and engine-turned back cover with monogram, hinged gold cuvette inscribed: ?Cronometro-Medical?. D. White enamel with Arabic numerals, outer minute and chronograph divisions, subsidiary sunk seconds and 30-minute register. Pink gold "spade" hands. M. Cal.19.73N, rhodium-plated, ?fausses côtes? decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance with screws, Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 52 mm.
