"Double-Dialed" Swiss, No 14756, case No. 18717. Made for the American market, circa 1890. Fine and rare, unusual, 18K rose gold hunting-cased, double-dialed pocket watch with day and date calendar.
C. Three-body, massive, "bassine et filets", spring-loaded front cover, D. White enamel on the front with radial Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. On the rear, white enamel Arabic chapter ring for the date and days of the week. M. 44.7 mm, 18''', nickel-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring. Case and movement numbered Diam. 53 mm.
