Double body Louis XV case, decorated overall with champleve enamel painted flowers on an engraved ground, further blue champleve enamelled scrolled decoration (slightly restored). White enamel dial with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring. Gold Louis XV hands. Gilt brass full plate movement with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement with a plain brass three armed balance, continental Louis XV cock and polished steel endpiece. Striking on the case by means of the depressing pendant. Signed on the dial and the back plate. In good condition. Diam. 44 mm.
