Longines "Lindbergh", 1930's. Fine, center second, hour angle, silver and stainless steel Staybrite, aviator's wristwatch, invented by Col. chas. A. Lindbergh, U.S. Pat. No. 1923305.

C. massive, polished, steel dome, revolving bezel with enamelled 15 degrees graduation, graduated band. D. white enamel, with 12 hours indication, concentric, the 180 degrees, at the centre, revolving mat silver dial bearing the 60 minutes and the 15 degrees. "Breguet", blued steel hands. M. 17"', gilt brass, 15 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 47 mm.
