Notes

The pump winding mechanism of this watch is drawn from that invented by Jean Antoine Lepine circa 1780. Such watches are extremely rare. This watch is described and illustrated by A. Chapiro in: Jean Antoine Lepine, Editions de ('Amateur, Paris.
