Double body case with engraved mounting (slightly restored on the edge). Silver dial with Roman numerals, a small landscape engraved at the center. Single blued steel hand. Engraved gilt dial plate. gilt brass oval full plate movement with amphora pillars, three wheel train, the fusee with a gut-line, verge escapement with a plain three armed steel balance wheel foliot, a five leaf pinion on the contrate wheel and a screwed early single foot gilt brass cock, pierced and engraved with strawberry flowers, worm screw regulation of the spring tension. Signed on the back plate. In good condition. Dim. 47 x 28 mm.
