Patel( Philippe & Cie., no. 153597 case no. 402845, sold in 1917 Extremely fine 18K gold hunting cased keyless pocket chronometer in original fitted case with certificate and a first class certificate from the Geneva Observatory.

Four body massive "demi-bassine" polished case. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals and subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "spade" hands. Very fine rhodium plated "Extra" quality movement, "fausses cotes" decoration, equilibrated straight line lever escapement, brass-invar Guillaume balance, adjusted by C. Batifolier, balance spring with a terminal curve and a swan neck micrometric index. Signed on the dial, the cuvette and the movement. In mint condition. Diam. 51 mm.
