Patel( Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No. 810512, case No. 290733, Ref. 52232, circa 1927. Very fine and rare, early, "tortue", 18ct white gold, gentleman's wristwatch.

C. massive, polished, hinged back. D. mat silver (very well redone), with painted Roman numerals. "Baton", blued steel hands. M. 12-, gilt brass, lever escapement "a moustache", cut bimetallic balance, flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition. Dim. 29x29 mm.
