Patel( Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No. 863137, case No. 630711, circa 1944. Very fine, 18ct gold, gentleman's wristwatch, with square button chronograph, register and tachometer.

C. massive, polished, concave bezel. D. mat silver, with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, "Feuilles" gold hands. M. 13-, rhodiumed, "fausses-cotes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, self-compensating Breguet, micro-meter regulator.
