C.H. Meylan, Brassus, N° 5058, circa 1898. Very fine 18K pink gold keyless minute repeating watch, with split second chronograph and instantaneous 60 minute recorder.

Four body massive "bassine et filets" polished case. Gold cuvette engraved with a dedication dated 1898. White enamel dial with radiant Arabic numerals, outed red Arabic minute and chronograph rings, subsidiary seconds and minute register. Blued steel "spade" hands. Fine nickel plated 18? movement, "fausses cotes" decoration, 34 jewels, equilibrated straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with a swan neck micrometric index. Repeating on gongs by means of a slide on the band, The chronograph with a visible work, the push piece on the winding crown, split second push piece on the band. Signed on the dial. In very good condition. Diam. 47 mm.
