Case: 18 ct., four body, demi-bassine form, No. 3706. Gold cuvette signed: "Breguet, No. 1939".
Dial: Enamel, signed: "Breguet, No. 1939", with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds. Bluedsteel poires hands.
Movement: Gilt brass, 19"', bar caliber signed: " Breguet, No. 1939", with 15 jewels, fusee with maintaining power, the keyless work disconnected when fully wound and re-engaged by a bolt in the band. Counterpoised adjustable straight line lever escapement with Guillaume compensation balance. Free-sprung blued-steel helical balance spring with terminal curves and diamond end-stone.
In unused condition. Diam. 54 mm.
